      Where is your showroom located?

          Our showroom is located at 1001 High St, Armadale, Victoria 3143. We offer free parking at the rear of the premise accessible via Kooyong Road next to the church.

          We are also easily accessible through public transport, via tram route 6 or 16, or Armadale station, which is a 3-minute walk away.


            What are my delivery options?

              Most orders are dispatched from our Melbourne showroom within 1 business day. Once the order has been collected you will receive a tracking number via email.


                How long until I get my order?

                  Deliveries to the Melbourne Metro area typically arrive within 3-5 days (sometimes 7+ days) and Australia-wide typically arrive within 5 days - 2 weeks.

                  Following dispatch, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date for your order via email. Please be aware that COVID-19 is delaying some orders and that order items (eg. wallpaper) will take longer.


                  What is your returns policy?

                    What forms of payment do you accept?

                      We accept Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Direct Deposit, PayPal and also offer Afterpay.

                            Do you custom make furniture?

                              Yes we custom make dining tables, dining chairs, sofas, armchairs, console tables, coffee tables, lamp shades, curtains and desks.

                              We are also able to colour match custom-order tables to your existing furniture. We have a large range of colour samples you can select from, or you can provide us with one (i.e. a drawer of your piece).

                               

                                Do you sell fabric and offer reupholster services?

                                  Yes, we sell fabric by the metre and have access to all the major fabric houses, we also offer upholstery and are able to provide a quote and advice on suitable fabric for reupholstering.


                                    Can you help me with Wallpaper?

                                      We sure can! Instore we have heaps of sample books for viewing and can order designer wallpapers for you from the U.K. and the United States. We also work with several wallpaper installers that can quote to install.

                                          Yes, we are proudly 100 % Australian owned. Our head office is in Melbourne, Victoria.
