Melange Elongated Sconce Kelly Wearstler

Designed by Kelly Wearstler, the Melange Elogated Sconce pairs a hand-carved alabaster shade with a metal frame, in a long, narrow silhouette that reads as sculptural rather than purely functional lighting hardware.

Alabaster is a natural stone, so no two shades are quite alike: light passes through its veining and variations in tone, giving the sconce a warm, slightly translucent glow rather than a hard-edged beam. It's available with Bronze, Antique-Burnished Brass or Polished Nickel detailing for a different note of contrast against the stone.

At 50.8cm, this elongated version works well in pairs either side of a mirror or bed, or singly in a hallway where its narrow footprint won't intrude.
